Coherence Healings

  • A Healee is the person receiving a Coherence Healing.

  • A Coherence Healing™ is a special type of meditation practice developed by Dr. Joe Dispenza.

    During a Coherence Healing our members connect to the quantum field, open their hearts and bring their brain and heart into coherence. This helps us to make the field around your body coherent which can assist your body to heal itself.

    Please note that we DO NOT heal you. You are your own healer, we just give you a boost to support your body’s own healing process.

  • Yes, there is no cost to receiving a Coherence Healing.

    We offer our services for free and our members volunteer their time gladly.

  • Yes, you MUST attend the online session in person on zoom (unless unconscious or hospitalized and this has previously been agreed or there has been a serious emergency). Experience shows that it has a deep and positive impact if the person joins the session in person.

    Parents with a child aged 17 and under are asked to attend along with their children.

    If you do not show up to the online zoom meeting, your Coherence Healing will still go ahead but you will not be able to book any further appointments with us. You will be marked as a no show in our system which prevents you from booking any further appointments.

    If you need to cancel or reschedule, use the link provided in the confirmation / reminder emails. Scroll down to the bottom of the email and select Change/Cancel Appointment.

  • No, you have to attend the session alone unless you are a child aged 17 or under.

    Only members of CoHeal Northern Lights and the Healees are permitted to attend the healing session.

  • All sessions are conducted in English at present. We are unfortunately not able to provide translations at the moment.

    You are welcome to invite someone to join the first few minutes of the session who can translate for you. The translator will have to leave once the session begins.

  • Please allow around 70 minutes for your Coherence Healing.

  • You will receive a zoom link 24 hours before the appointment start time. You can use the link to join the session. You will also receive a reminder 1 hour before the session with the zoom link.

    Please check your spam folder if you haven’t received the email.

    Do not share the zoom link with anyone else.

    Only members of CoHeal Northern Lights and Healees are permitted to attend your healing session.

  • We usually have 8 Healees receiving a Coherence Healing in each of our sessions.

    A healing song will be dedicated for each of the Healees and you will have dedicated Healers only focusing their attention on you for your song.

  • Please check that zoom works for you before your session. Please do not test the link more than 30 minutes before your scheduled session. If you are new to zoom then you may need to download the zoom client first.

    Also please make sure that your zoom display name shows your actual name.

    Sometimes your name comes up as something generic like zoom user, iphone, ipad and such.

    It is important that you change the zoom display name to include the same name that you used when booking the appointment so that we can easily identify who is present in the zoom meeting.

    How To Change your Zoom Name

    Without signing in to a zoom account:

    1. Open the zoom app / desktop client

    2. Select Join a Meeting

    3. Enter the Meeting ID: 890 1959 0030

    4. Change your name

    5. From a computer only: Tick the option Remember my name for future meetings

      From a mobile device it will automatically remember your name for the next time.

    6. Select Join

    7. Enter the zoom passcode provided to you in the reminder email

    8. Select Ok

    Please note once you have signed in using the Meeting ID from the zoom app once, it will remember your new zoom name the next time you use the zoom link.

  • You (the Healee) must attend on zoom and relax alone in a quiet and private room during the session.

    There will be 8 Healees receiving a Coherence Healing in a session. Please allow around 70 minutes for the session.

    The host will welcome all of the Healees and prepare you for the session. You will be asked to turn on your video during the introduction to make a personal connection. You can turn off your video and microphone for the rest of the session.

    After an introduction you will be asked to get into a comfortable position either sitting up or lying down. Please relax while we play a guided track for you to get into a receiving state for about 12 minutes.

    Afterwards, our Healers will join the zoom meeting and the Coherence Healing will begin. Your photos will be shared and your healing intentions will be read out loud so the Healers can connect with you. You can just continue to relax in a comfortable position.

    Music will play with a voice guiding the Healers, which you can just ignore. Just focus on the music instead.

    A 6-8 minute song is then played for each Healee. You can receive benefits throughout so we ask you to stay for the entire session.

    To end, a final song is played where you can just drift off if possible. Our Hosts will end the zoom session for you so you are free to drift off or even fall asleep which is okay too.

    After the session, we encourage you to remain in the elevated state for as long as possible. Please be kind and gentle with yourself.

  • Similar to experiencing the warmth of a loving gaze, you may sense the energy coming through the healers into your field as warmth.

    While some Healees do not feel anything during the experience, others feel a sense of energy moving into or through them. No worries, you do not need to feel anything for it to be effective.

    We are all unique. Allow all kinds of sensations or even not feeling anything physical. The energy works with you anyway.

  • After the Coherence Healing, we encourage you to remain in the elevated state for as long as possible. Take it easy for the rest of the day if possible. Please be kind and gentle with yourself.

    We also invite you to complete our follow-up survey that will be sent to you 24 hours after the session. The survey data goes directly to Encephalon, Dr Joe Dispenza’s company to assist with his research into the efficacy of Coherence Healings™. This data also helps us improve our sessions.

    If you feel you haven't experienced a significant change right after the session and would like to wait and observe deeper effects, please feel free to return to this survey at a later date.

    Allowing time for the profound impact of this healing to unfold is essential. Trust in your body's innate ability to heal fully. It can happen in an instant. For some, it may take weeks or even months after just ONE healing session to experience a complete shift.

  • No recordings or screenshots are allowed.

    Due to the privacy of our Healees and our members, recording of the Coherence Healing is NOT allowed nor is taking any screenshots during the session.

Appointments

  • You can book a Coherence Healing online on the Book a session page. Please have a photo of yourself ready before you book an appointment.

    You must only book appointments for yourself unless you are:

    ● A parent booking for your child aged 17 or under

    ● A family member booking for someone in hospital or unconscious

    ● The power of attorney booking for someone who does not have capacity to book for themselves

  • We have the following photo requirements:

    • The photo MUST be in JPG, JPEG, PNG, BMP, GIF or TIFF format. We cannot use HEIC or PDF files.

    • The photo should be clear so we can see your face and not too dark.

    • The photo should be from the shoulders up showing your eyes. No sunglasses. No other persons or pets visible. No full body photos.

    • The photo should be from a time you were healthy, happy and smiling if possible. If that's not possible you can choose a photo of yourself that you really love.

    Your appointment will be cancelled if your photo does not meet these requirements. Read more about our photo requirements here.

  • You may book up to 3 appointments in a 6 month period.

    Only book one appointment at a time to ensure there are enough appointments for everyone. If multiple appointments are booked at the same time, the rest of the appointments will be cancelled.

    We recommend waiting at least a few weeks in between Coherence Healings to give yourself time to integrate the energy.

    Allowing time for the profound effects of this healing to unfold is important. Scheduling an immediate follow-up session is investing in the belief that your session was not enough or was ineffective. Trust in your body's ability to heal completely. It can happen in a moment. For some, it can take weeks or months after ONE healing session to feel the complete shift.

    We encourage you to study and practice Dr. Joe Dispenza’s work as research shows that people who are actively doing the work on a daily basis have better results.

  • We no longer offer urgent or emergency appointments. We have been receiving an overwhelming amount of requests for emergency appointments that we have not been able to keep up with.

    We have therefore changed our booking system to only offer one type of appointment for everyone.

    You now only need to wait 2 weeks instead of 4 weeks to receive a Coherence Healing from us.

    We only book 2 weeks in advance so if there are no appointments available it means we are fully booked for the next 2 weeks only.

    Please keep checking back as more appointments get released automatically throughout the week.

  • We recommend waiting at least a few weeks in between appointments. Give yourself the time to integrate the energy.

    Limit your appointments to 3 in a 6 month period.

    We recommend waiting at least a few weeks in between Coherence Healings to give yourself time to integrate the energy.

  • Generally you can only book appointments for yourself unless you are:

    • A parent booking for your child aged 17 or under

    • A family member booking for someone in hospital or unconscious

    • The power of attorney booking for someone who does not have capacity to book for themselves

    If these do not apply to you then please ask the person to book their own appointment.

  • No, we do not offer Coherence Healings to pets.

  • Only book one appointment at a time to ensure there are enough appointments for everyone. If more than one appointment is booked at a time, all appointments will be cancelled.

    You are welcome to book additional appointments after the first session has solidified. We recommend waiting at least a few weeks in between sessions to give yourself time to integrate the energy.

    Please note that not everyone needs multiple Coherence Healings in order to achieve their goals. These are powerful sessions and some people only require one.

    We encourage you to study and practice Dr. Joe Dispenza’s work as research shows that people who are actively doing the work on a daily basis have better results.

  • We only book appointments 2 weeks in advance. If you do not see any available appointments, it means we are fully booked for the next 2 weeks only.

    Please check back regularly, as new appointments are added on a rolling basis throughout the week.

  • You can cancel your appointment using the link in the confirmation / reminder emails sent to the email address provided during booking.

    Please cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment.

    If you do not show up for your appointment, your Coherence Healing will go ahead but you can no longer book any further sessions with us. Unless there was a serious emergency or this was previously agreed because the Healee was in hospital or unconscious..

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, use the link provided in the confirmation / reminder emails you have received from us. Scroll to the bottom of the email and select Change / cancel appointment.

Technical

  • The confirmation email is sent automatically from our system to the email you provide during the booking process.

    Please check your spam folder if you haven’t received the confirmation email.

    If you still can’t find the confirmation email then you may have entered an incorrect email address. If you suspect this is the case, please contact us.

  • You will receive 4 emails from us in total before your appointment which are all automated.

    ● A confirmation email immediately after you book your appointment

    ● A reminder email at 72 hours to give you time to reschedule or cancel your appointment if need be

    ● Two more reminder emails that include the zoom link at 24 hours and 1 hour before the appointment

    If you have received a confirmation email but not any of the reminder emails:

    You may have accidentally clicked unsubscribe at the bottom of the confirmation emails. To fix this you can go back to the original confirmation email and select Unsubscribe again. This will give you an option to Resubscribe.

    If you haven’t received any emails from us at all, then one of the following may apply:

    ● The email may have ended up in your spam folder so please check there.

    ● There was a typo when entering the email address during the booking process. Please contact us so we can add the correct email address to our system. You can also reply to the confirmation email to contact us.

  • Please make sure you have downloaded the latest version of Zoom to your device.

    If the link still doesn’t work, then you can join the meeting manually by entering the Meeting ID and passcode. These are provided in the reminder emails sent 24 hours and 1 hour before your appointment start time.

  • Make sure you haven’t got capslock on. All of our passcodes always uses all lowercase.

    If you have entered the passcode wrong 3 times zoom will lock you out for 30 minutes.

    A message will keep appearing saying the passcode is incorrect but this is because you are actually locked out.

    Please try a different device that isn’t locked out to get into the meeting.

  • If using a computer, you can click the zoom link provided in the reminder emails sent 24 hours and 1 hour before the scheduled session. You will need to enter the passcode listed in the email.

    Please do not test the link more than 30 minutes before your scheduled session.

    If using a mobile device, you will be prompted to download the Zoom app when clicking on the link if not already installed on your device.

    We request you allow extra time to get ready for your session if you are new to Zoom.

  • There are two main reasons for this.

    1. You haven’t joined the audio yet
    Select the Join Audio button in the bottom left corner of the zoom app

    2. You need to change the screen you are looking at
    Swipe to the screen showing the slides with our logo or the photos of all the Healees for your session.

    If you are on any other screen, then you may not be able to hear the music depending on which version of the zoom app you have and your device.

Other

  • Your photo along with your first name and healing intention is shared on screen during the Coherence Healing along with the other Healees’ photos and information for that session.

    Your photo allows us to direct the coherent energy to you.
