Booking Policy
Guidelines to help every session run smoothly.
A few things to know
Reason for booking
If your appointment is for anything other than a physical, mental or emotional condition, we may need to cancel it.
Booking for other people
The person receiving the healing (Healee) must book their own appointment, except when:
The Healee is aged 17 or younger — a parent or guardian must make the booking.
The Healee is unconscious or in hospital — the booking must be made by their Power of Attorney or closest living relative.
The Healee cannot book due to physical or mental limitations — the booking must be made by their Power of Attorney or closest living relative.
If needed, someone may assist with the booking due to language or technical difficulties, but the Healee must be present and actively involved.
Consent to receive healing
The person receiving the healing (Healee) must agree to receive the healing. They must make their own booking so they can personally complete and sign the waiver, except in the circumstances listed above.
If the Healee is unconscious or unable to consent, only book an appointment for them if you know they would be open to receiving the healing.
Attending your session
The person receiving the healing (Healee) must attend the Zoom meeting unless they are unconscious, in hospital, in hospice or receiving intensive medical care at home. Another person cannot attend on the Healee's behalf.
The person receiving the healing (Healee) must attend the Zoom meeting alone unless the Healee is a child. Children aged 17 or younger should attend with a parent or guardian.
Booking another session
Please schedule only one appointment at a time so there are enough appointments available for everyone. If more than one appointment is booked, the additional appointments will be cancelled.
Allowing time for the effects of the healing to unfold is important. Scheduling an immediate follow-up session can reinforce the belief that your first session was not enough or was ineffective.
Trust in your body's ability to heal. For some people, a shift may happen immediately after one healing session. For others, it may take weeks or months to experience the full effects.
Cancellations and no-shows
Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend. This gives our volunteers enough time to update the schedule and make any necessary arrangements before the session.
If you do not show up for your appointment and have not cancelled it, you will not be able to book another Coherence Healing unless you contact us first and explain the situation.
